About us

COLIVX runs co-living homes in Singapore. We sign long-term leases with homeowners, manage the properties, and rent the space to students and young professionals as shared homes.

We want residents to spend their time on study, work and meeting people. The furniture is already in place, the bill lists each charge, the lease terms are clear, and you can reach us directly when something comes up.
